Etika Kerja Islam

Islamic Work Ethics can be defined as the set of moral principles that distinguish what is right from what is wrong in the Islamic context. Islamic Work Ethics is an orientation towards work and approaches work as a virtue in human’s lives. Islam has placed a number of obligations on the employer, the employee is also expected to do the job conscientiously and diligently, and be honest and trustworthy. The goal is justice to both employers and employees in all economic relationships.
